Shipping policy
At Rome Station, we are committed to delivering your luxury purchases with care, speed, and security.
Please review the following shipping guidelines for both domestic and international orders.
Shipping Overview
Signature Required: A direct signature is required for all deliveries.
Insurance: Shipping does NOT include insurance by default.
Domestic Shipping (Within Canada)
Flat Rate: All Canadian orders qualify for flat-rate shipping. Orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days.
Shipping Schedule
* Orders with confirmed payment by 12:00 PM
Pacific Time will ship on the next business day.
* Payments received after 12:00 PM will ship within two business day.
* Our regular shipping days are Monday through Thursday. We do not ship on Fridays to avoid packages being held in transit over the weekend.
* If you require Friday shipping for Saturday or Monday delivery, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.
Worldwide Shipping (Outside Canada)
Carriers & Processing: We work with trusted international shipping partners. Orders are typically processed and shipped Monday through Friday.
International Stock Shipping Times
Some items on our website are part of our international inventory. These pieces may take 7–14 business days to ship. If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend contacting us before purchase to confirm estimated delivery times.
Fees & Duties
* A flat international shipping and duty fee is calculated at checkout.
* Any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Rejected packages:
If a package is refused due to customs charges, the buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
Please note, as all sales are final, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. We will re-ship the package once return fees and new shipping costs are received.
Item Inspection:
We kindly ask that you inspect your item within 48 hours of delivery. Any issues reported beyond that period may not be eligible for review.
