Most of our inventory is sourced directly from our buyers who purchased from official boutiques, and many include original packaging, such as boxes and dust bags. Additionally, we offer a curated selection of pre-loved items in excellent condition. Please refer to each product page for condition and included accessories.

1. Store Fresh
Brand new and never worn. Most items are in boutique-fresh condition and come with all original accompaniments and protective seals.

2. New
New and appears unused, though it may show minimal signs of storage and/or natural aging.

3. Like New
Briefly tried on or displayed, not used in daily life. Shows only subtle signs of handling, such as light creasing or micro-scratches. Clean, structured, and visually close to new.

4. Excellent
Pre-loved and in excellent condition. Has been worn no more than a few times, may show gentle flaws or light scratches, but remains clean and highly presentable.

5. Good
Pre-loved and in generally good condition with visible signs of use such as minor scuffs or marks. Wear does not detract from overall appearance or functionality.

6. Fair
Clearly pre-loved, with more noticeable flaws such as softened structure, scuffed corners, surface scratches, or stains. Still fully functional but visibly worn.

7. Poor
Pre-loved and in poor condition. Shows significant wear, including deep scratches, large stains, broken parts, or other major defects.
