In-Store & Online orders

• All items are final sale.
• No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
• All items are 100% authentic, backed by our lifetime authenticity guarantee.
• Please inspect and confirm all details before purchasing.

Deposit holds

• Items held with a deposit will be reserved for 7 days.
• If payment is not completed within 7 days, the deposit will be converted to store credit.
• Store credit can be applied toward the purchase of any other item at Rome Station.
• Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Charge send & Sourcing service

• Deposits made through our Charge Send or sourcing service are placed specifically for the selected item.
• Once the deposit is placed, no changes or cancellations are permitted.
• These deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
