Yes. Private evaluations are available by appointment at Rome Station’s retail in Richmond, within Greater Vancouver. A specialist can review your item, discuss its condition and provide guidance on direct buyout or consignment.
Items can be brought to Rome Station by appointment at Unit 3550, 4151 Hazelbridge Way, at Aberdeen Centre. Arrange your visit in advance so the appropriate specialist is available to evaluate your piece on the spot.
Appointments are available Monday through Sunday from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Booking ahead is required for both seller evaluations and private product viewings.
Rome Station aims to provide a buyout offer or consignment estimate within 24 hours of reviewing the required information. An in-person assessment may provide an on-the-spot quote in as little as 10 minutes, depending on the item and review required.
Approved direct buyouts can be paid by Canadian e-transfer, cheques or bank wire. Payment can be completed within 24 hours after authentication and final intake, with the method and timing confirmed before the transaction is completed.
Not necessarily. Clients in Vancouver and elsewhere in Greater Vancouver can arrange a secure local drop-off at our Richmond retail store. Secure shipping remains available when visiting in person is not convenient.
